During the autumn and winter of 2019, EU TACSO 3 conducted a thorough analysis of the state of civil society in the Western Balkans and Turkey (WBT). The Data-set document presents all information collected during the data-gathering and provides an insight into (lack of) available data on enabling environment and civil society.
