National Training Plan – Technical Assistance to Civil Society Organisations in the IPA Countries – Kosovo

The training program was conducted in the period August-October/November 2010. This quarterly national training program has been developed by the Needs Assessment report, National work plan and conclusions from the meetings of the Local Advisory Group. The national training program has taken into consideration the experiences of the implementation of the regional training as well as the Kosovo context.
