The Guide aims to demonstrate a range of methodologies and tools that can be used in many different types of learning activities for CSO managers and staff, local trainers and consultants, interested in building capacity for strengthening Citizens’ Participation. The Guide also builds on the references made in the Manual by providing access to guidelines and templates.
